We zijn een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat 35 jaar geleden werd opgericht door Jo Van Moer en zijn echtgenote Anne Verstraeten. Wat begon als een kleine onderneming, is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende speler met meer dan 2000 medewerkers verspreid over bijna 50 sites in Vlaanderen.

Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een enthousiaste transportplanner die mee het verschil wil maken in onze logistieke processen. In deze rol ondersteun je onze operaties met nauwkeurige administratie, een vlotte communicatie en een oplossingsgerichte mindset. Jouw rol

Een efficiënte transportplanning is essentieel in de competitieve logistieke wereld. Als transportplanner speel je dan ook een cruciale rol binnen het logistiek proces. Om ons team in Grobbendonk te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een Transportplanner (m/v).

  • Samen met jouw collega's sta je in voor de optimale inzet van de ruim honderd vrachtwagens.
  • Je verzamelt en controleert alle nodige gegevens voor het opstellen van de rittenplanning voor onze chauffeurs.
  • Vervolgens geef je hen de planning en beste routes door.
  • Indien nodig, pas je de planning aan, zodat de afgesproken levertijden gerespecteerd blijven.
  • Dit doe je in overleg met de klanten, ook in het Frans en het Engels, soms in het Duits.
  • Voor de goede opvolging maak je gebruik van onze performante systemen.
  • Rapporteren doe je rechtstreeks aan de transportmanager.

Welk profiel zoeken we?

  • Overzicht bewaren, twee stappen vooruit denken, betrokkenheid en enthousiasme zijn voor jou geen holle woorden.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring als transportplanner.
  • Problemen pak je efficiënt aan, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en overtuigingskracht.
  • Je werkt in 2 ploegen
