Serás la pieza clave en la ejecución fluida, precisa y eficiente del ciclo operativo del crédito. Te encargarás de la validación, procesamiento, verificación de expedientes y soporte en el desembolso de solicitudes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los tiempos de respuesta.

Algunas de las funciones son:

  • Validar la documentación de soporte e identidad de las solicitudes ingresadas desde la App.
  • Procesar y dar seguimiento al flujo de aprobación y desembolso de créditos.
  • Realizar el análisis y la aplicación de pagos en el sistema interno.
  • Resolver e identificar incidencias operativas o bloqueos en las solicitudes de crédito.
  • Asegurar que las operaciones procesadas cumplan con los estándares y SLAs definidos por la empresa.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Estudiante universitario (mínimo 1er/2do año) en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Contaduría Pública o carreras afines.
  • 1 año de experiencia previa en operaciones financieras, créditos o gestión administrativa (deseable en Banca o Fintech).
  • Facilidad para aprender el uso de plataformas internas y herramientas CRM/Backoffice.
  • Alta atención al detalle y enfoque en precisión de datos.
  • Agilidad de aprendizaje e interés por la tecnología e inclusión financiera.
  • Disponibilidad de horarios y para laborar en la sede de Zona 10, Ciudad de Guatemala.
