Als (Junior) Accounting Officer – Bouw & Projectontwikkeling maak je deel uit van ons team in Brugge en sta je in voor de digitale verwerking van accountancydossiers binnen dit gespecialiseerd segment, via ons online portaal MyVandelanotte.

++ Wat houdt jouw job in?

Als (Junior) Accounting Officer werk je op dossiers binnen de sector van bouwpromotoren en projectontwikkeling, waarbij je een cruciale rol speelt in het correct en gestructureerd verwerken van gegevens.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, met aandacht voor analytische codering correcte boekhoudkundige toewijzing
  • Inboeken en opvolgen van financiële verrichtingen
  • Opvolgen van voorraadwijzigingen om tot een correct en representatief resultaat per project te komen
  • Opmaak van essentiële rapporteringen, zoals: overzicht verkochte vs. beschikbare units Opvolging van voorraad en kopersoverzichten resultaat per project (grond / constructie / per jaar)

In deze rol:

  • analyseer en interpreteer je o.a. akten (bv. ruilaktes)
  • spoor je verschillen of fouten op (bv. te veel of te weinig ontvangen bedragen)
  • werk je volgens een uniforme en gestructureerde aanpak

  • Heb je een diploma binnen accounting of een aanverwante financiële richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)?

  • Werk je graag volgens duidelijke structuren en procedures?
