Voor ons kantoor in Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Business Support Medewerker die onze business line Audit wil ondersteunen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Business Support Medewerker bij Vandelanotte ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen onze cliënten, accountmanagers en interne teams. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Het ondersteunen van accountmanagers op commercieel en administratief vlak.
  • Het zelfstandig opstellen, opvolgen en beheren van offertes en opdrachtbrieven.
  • Het administratief begeleiden van projecten, van opstart tot afsluiting.
  • Het bewaken van projectbudgetten en regelmatige terugkoppeling naar de business.
  • Het zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige input van gegevens in Afas (ons ERP-systeem).
  • Het voorbereiden van documentatie en presentaties voor commerciële meetings.
  • Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten (telefonisch en via e-mail).
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen en doorverwijzen naar de juiste collega’s waar nodig.

Jij bent...

  • Een administratieve duizendpoot met een bachelor diploma.
  • Iemand die al ervaring heeft opgedaan in een commerciële binnendienst of gelijkaardige functie.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Een geboren planner en organisator met oog voor detail.
  • Kritisch en proactief: je ziet kansen voor verbetering en durft deze aan te kaarten.
  • Discreet en professioneel in het omgaan met confidentiële informatie.
  • Een multitasker die deadlines en procedures respecteert.
  • Sterk onderlegd in MS Office en bij voorkeur ervaren met ERP-systemen.
