Bouw mee aan het ecosysteem voor de accountants van morgen

Ben jij een Product Manager met een haarscherp gevoel voor financiële processen en de drang om écht iets te bouwen? Geen zin in trage corporate structuren of een rol waarin je enkel een backlog beheert?

Bij onze snelgroeiende scale-up bouwen we aan dé nieuwe standaard in accountancysoftware. We ontwikkelen een integraal ecosysteem — van pre-accountancy tot een centraal platform. Om onze volgende grote mijlpaal te verzilveren, zoeken we een Product Manager die het voortouw neemt, scherpe keuzes durft te maken en met de voeten in de modder staat.

Wie zijn we?

Iniflow ontwikkelt slimme softwareoplossingen voor accountancykantoren. Als joint venture tussen twee gevestigde bedrijven, Vandelanotte en Initeam, bundelen we onze expertise in accountancy en software-ontwikkeling om zo accountancy kantoren te helpen met hun digitale transformatie.

Onze oplossingen zorgen ervoor dat accountants efficiënter kunnen werken en op die manier dus meer focus kunnen leggen op hun klanten.

Waarom deze opdracht jouw volgende stap is:

  • Maximale impact: Je vormt direct de productvisie en prioritering van een gloednieuw platform. Je bouwt mee aan het product, niet alleen aan de backlog. Je beheert mee de budgetten en zorgt dat de roadmap wordt gevolgd, dit samen met de Project Manager.
  • Korte lijnen, veel autonomie: Je werkt nauw samen met een wendbaar team van developers, analisten en het management. Geen bureaucratie, wel snelle besluitvorming, waarin jij een centrale rol speelt.
  • Modern tech-landschap: Werk aan innovatieve oplossingen met de nieuwste stack (.NET 8, Blazor, Azure, AI/OCR).

Wat jij meebrengt:

Je combineert minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Product Management/Analysis binnen B2B software met een uitstekende kennis van accountancy- en boekhoudprocessen. Je beheerst SQL om snel zelf data te analyseren, schakelt moeiteloos met software engineers en bent niet te beroerd om de rol van test manager op je te nemen. Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders. Bovenal ben je een rustige, pragmatische leider die mensen meeneemt op basis van inhoud en visie.
