Als (Senior) Advisor Transaction Services maak je deel uit van een gedreven en professioneel team dat bedrijven, investeerders en ondernemers ondersteunt bij strategische transacties. Je werkt mee aan waarderingen, due diligence-opdrachten en andere corporate finance projecten met een grote impact voor onze klanten. Daarbij neem je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op en fungeer je als belangrijke schakel tussen de (junior) advisors, de managers en de klant.

Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een pragmatische aanpak en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en tijdige oplevering van onze projecten. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de begeleiding en ontwikkeling van junior collega’s.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

· Opnemen van eindverantwoordelijkheid voor eenvoudige waardebepalingen en economische- en financiële analyseopdrachten.

· Uitvoeren en voorbereiden van complexe waarderingen, financiële analyses en andere corporate finance opdrachten, zoals businessplannen, kasplanningen, haalbaarheidsstudies en bankmemo’s.

· Voorbereiden van dossiers voor review en nauwgezet bewaken van kwaliteit, deadlines en budgetten.

· Actief mee instaan voor de operationele organisatie en efficiënte uitvoering van opdrachten binnen het waarderingsteam.

· Je volgt technologische en AI-ontwikkelingen actief op en vertaalt deze naar concrete toepassingen binnen Transaction Services.

· Je gebruikt AI-tools in je dagelijkse werking om analyses te versnellen, inzichten te verdiepen en processen te standaardiser

· Autonoom communiceren met klanten, in nauwe afstemming met de manager of reviewer.

· Begeleiden en coachen van (junior) advisors en bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team.

Jouw profiel

  • Masterdiploma in een economische richting (bv. Handelsingenieur, TEW, Finance).
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen audit of accountancy.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse alles wat te maken heeft met waarderingen en verdiept je graag in waarderingsmethodologieën, financiële modellen en marktpraktijken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met financiële modellen, cashflowanalyses en rapportering.
  • CFA-certificering of minstens de ambitie dit te volgen, geldt als een belangrijke troef
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kritisch ingesteld, met oog voor detail én deadlines.
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht, met een professionele en discrete houding.
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om verder te groeien richting een rol met meer verantwoordelijkheid.
