Bij horsum analyseren en verbeteren we de operationele, administratieve en digitale werking van KMO’s en publieke organisaties. We combineren denken met doen : we streven altijd naar concrete, gedragen acties en duurzame resultaten.

Onze roots liggen in Kortrijk, maar sinds 2023 vind je ons langs de Kortrijksesteenweg in Sint‑Martens‑Latem. Ondertussen zijn we met meer dan twintig consultants, elk met een eigen achtergrond, expertise en talenten. Die mix creëert een unieke synergie, en misschien maak jij daar binnenkort deel van uit!

Want we zijn op zoek naar een gedreven (Senior) Consultant Digitale Transformatie om ons team te versterken.

Jouw job

Stel, je start binnenkort als consultant bij horsum. Wat mag je dan verwachten?

Vanaf dag één word je betrokken bij verschillende klantenprojecten. Onder begeleiding van een senior consultant of manager neem je actief deel aan de uitvoering van de projectstappen. Dat doe je soms zelfstandig, soms samen met een andere (junior) consultant.

Jouw projecten situeren zich rond drie grote pijlers: financial process optimization, digital finance tools & reporting, en business advisory.

Een greep uit mogelijke projecten:

  • de finance‑processen (AP/AR, afsluit, rapportering…) van een onderneming in kaart brengen én optimaliseren
  • opportuniteiten spotten om de efficiëntie en marge te verbeteren bij een retail‑ of productiebedrijf
  • mee de juiste digitale tools selecteren en implementeren om financiële workflows te automatiseren
  • klanten begeleiden bij de adoptie van nieuwe software via training en opvolging
  • een financieel rapporteringsdashboard (bv. in Power BI) ontwikkelen om management bij te sturen met meer inzicht
  • inefficiënties detecteren in operationele processen die impact hebben op finance, en concrete verbeteracties formuleren

Daarnaast beleef je heel wat plezier tijdens onze teammomenten: sportactiviteiten, het jaarlijkse horsum weekend, de twee‑maandelijkse dokdagen, bedrijfsfeestjes, etc.

Even afchecken

  • Je hebt minimum een 5-tal jaar ervaring in finance, processen, data of digitalisatie. (Bijvoorbeeld als auditor, controller, accountant, consultant of business analist.)
  • Je hebt een master in Business Engineering, TEW, Handelswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt een professionele kennis van het Nederlands, en een goede kennis van Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt kennis van diverse (pre)-accounting tools (Exact Online, Blue10, Power BI, etc.)? Dat speelt zeker in je voordeel!
  • Je bent analytisch, kritisch en gestructureerd.
  • Je voelt je verantwoordelijk, weet goed te organiseren en houdt van duidelijke afspraken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kan resultaten helder en gestructureerd presenteren aan klanten.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitale tools; ervaring is meegenomen, maar vooral je leergoesting telt.
  • Je houdt van variatie en kan soepel schakelen tussen projecten en deadlines.
