Wat ga je doen?

Na een korte inloopperiode neem je een sleutelrol op in projecten rond global mobility waarbij jij het aanspreekpunt bent voor complexe vraagstukken. Je adviseert Belgische en internationale ondernemingen over de fiscale en sociale aspecten van grensoverschrijdende tewerkstelling.

Je werkt mee aan uitdagende dossiers zoals:

  • Expat-tax en internationale tewerkstelling: fiscale optimalisatie voor werknemers en werkgevers, interpretatie van dubbelbelastingverdragen, sociale zekerheidsaspecten.
  • Global mobility compliance: opstellen van expat policies, begeleiding bij fiscale aangiftes en regularisaties.
  • Strategisch advies: begeleiding bij internationale detacheringen, salary splits, en internationale structuren.
  • Rulings en fiscale controles: voorbereiden en opvolgen van aanvragen bij de fiscus.

Je bent een sparringpartner voor klanten én collega’s en werkt nauw samen met onze experts in legal, payroll, accountancy en risk management.

  • Je behaalde een master in fiscaliteit (rechten of economie).
  • Je beschikt over minstens 4 jaar ervaring in internationale fiscaliteit, expat-tax of global mobility.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en kan complexe materie helder vertalen naar pragmatische oplossingen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Je bent leergierig en blijft op de hoogte van evoluties in internationale fiscaliteit en sociale zekerheid.
