In deze gevarieerde functie verzorg je na een korte inwerkingsperiode als Senior Paralegal diverse taken ter ondersteuning van de afdeling Legal. Zo sta je onder meer in voor het luik corporate housekeeping (opmaak van notulen en de publicatie in het Belgisch Staatsblad), verzorg je de nazorg bij een oprichting/reorganisatie van vennootschappen (KBO, aanvraag attesten,...),etc. Ook het opmaken van eenvoudige overeenkomsten en verslagen en het bieden van ondersteuning aan de juristen bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden behoort als paralegal tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

Afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats, kan deze rol uitgeoefend worden vanuit onze kantoren in Kortrijk, Brugge, Gent, Zele, Aalst of Antwerpen.

  • Je bent een pietje-precies en kan goed overweg met multitasking
  • Je houdt van een vlotte en open communicatiestijl

  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft toepassingen (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) spreken voor zich
