Ben jij een gedreven student bedrijfspsychologie of HR met een passie voor mens & organisatie? Dan is deze stage binnen HR Solutions bij Vandelanotte helemaal jouw ding! In ons HR Solutions team bouw je mee aan projecten rond coaching, organisatieontwikkeling, assessments en veranderingstrajecten. Bovendien krijg je de kans om je psychologische kennis écht om te zetten in praktijkervaring.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens je stage word je helemaal ondergedompeld in onze HR Consultancy-wereld. Je werkt mee aan projecten die écht impact hebben op organisaties én op medewerkers. Geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit: de ene keer ondersteun je een coachingstraject, de andere keer denk je mee over een nieuwe HR-dienstverlening of bereid je een workshop voor.

Je helpt onze consultants bij het uittekenen, verbeteren en documenteren van HR-processen, en je denkt mee over hoe we onze werking slimmer, vlotter en sterker kunnen maken. Je verdiept je in thema’s zoals teamontwikkeling, leiderschap, psychologische veiligheid, verandering en performance management.

Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te draaien in ontwikkelingsgerichte assessments: observeren, analyseren en leren rapporteren, helemaal volgens de psychologische standaarden.

Je ondersteunt projectplannen, volgt meetings op, creëert inspirerende content voor trainingen en interne kennisdeling, en werkt kritisch mee aan onze methodieken.

En het mooiste? Je krijgt volop ruimte om je eigen interesses en sterktes in te brengen. Wil je meer doen rond coaching, verandertrajecten, analysewerk of workshops? Dan bouwen we jouw takenpakket mee uit in die richting.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je volgt een master bedrijfspsychologie
  • Je bent leergierig, werkt nauwkeurig en durft initiatief te nemen
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende collega’s
  • Je hebt interesse in organisatiepsychologie, coaching, change en HR-processen
  • Je bent flexibel, proactief en niet bang om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan
