Ben jij een organisatietalent met een passie voor leren en ontwikkelen? Dan is deze stageplek bij Vandelanotte iets voor jou! Binnen ons L&D-team krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan een inspirerend leerklimaat voor onze medewerkers.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens je stage ondersteun je het Learning & Development team bij diverse taken:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van trainingen, opleidingen en workshops (zowel online als offline)
  • Administratieve opvolging van het opleidingsaanbod in ons leerplatform (LMS)
  • Allround ondersteuning bij opleidingsadministratie
  • Meewerken aan communicatiecampagnes rond leren (nieuwsbrieven, intranetposts, visuals)
  • Creatief meedenken over hoe we ons L&D-aanbod zichtbaarder kunnen maken binnen de organisatie
  • Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van opleidingsmateriaal (slide decks, video’s, werkbladen…)
  • Ruimte om eigen ideeën aan te brengen en je takenpakket mee vorm te geven op basis van jouw interesses en sterktes
  • Projectwerk binnen L&D behoort eveneens tot de mogelijkheden (denk bijvoorbeeld aan het uitvoeren naar marktonderzoek of het co-ontwerpen van nieuwe leerpaden)

Wie ben jij?

  • Je volgt een bachelor- of masteropleiding in Organisatie & Management, HR Management, Communicatiemanagement of Personeels- en organisatiebeleid
  • Je bent planmatig en organisatorisch sterk
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft initiatief te nemen
  • Je bent assertief en werkt graag zelfstandig én in team
  • Tweetaligheid (NL/FR) is een pluspunt
