Ben jij iemand die van nature de leiding pakt, overzicht houdt en graag buiten werkt? Ter uitbreiding van ons team zoeken wij een Terreincoördinator die zorgt dat alles op het terrein soepel, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Jij stuurt aan, houdt overzicht en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen.

Geen kantoorbaan, maar gewoon lekker buiten tussen de mensen en onze bouwstoffen.

Wat je gaat doen

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op het terrein. Dit houdt in:

  • Het coördineren van het laden en lossen op het terrein;
  • Het geven van uitleg en instructies aan chauffeurs;
  • Het in overleg verzorgen van de indeling van het terrein en het netjes houden daarvan;
  • Controleren van inkomende vrachten en bij afwijkingen dit signaleren en doorgeven aan de binnendienst;
  • Verrichten van klein technisch onderhoud (wat niet per se door de werkplaats gedaan hoeft te worden);
  • Sturing en instructie geven aan het team van collega’s op het terrein;
  • Bewaken en coördineren van de veiligheid van zowel bezoekers als collega’s op het terrein;

Daarnaast maak je de weekplanning, houd je de voorraad op peil, stem dit af met de desbetreffende afdelingen zoals verkoop en binnendienst en denk je mee over hoe het werk slimmer of beter kan.

Kortom: jij bent de ogen en oren van het terrein en zorgt dat het gewoon goed geregeld is.

Je bent praktisch ingesteld, duidelijk in je communicatie en niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je kunt mensen aansturen, overzicht bewaren en blijft rustig als het druk is.

Verder:

  • Leidinggevende kwaliteiten (of de ambitie om hierin te groeien);
  • Zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht;
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig;
  • Technisch handig voor klein onderhoud;
  • Affiniteit met recycling, bouw of grondstoffen is een pré;
  • Je vindt vroeg starten geen probleem;

Praktisch:

  • Werkplek: je werkt voornamelijk buiten (± 90%) en deels op kantoor voor planning en administratie;
  • Diensten: volgens planning kan je starten om 05:00, 06:00 of 07:00 uur. Zaterdagen in overleg;
  • Een betrokken werkplek met korte lijntjes, waar ideeën welkom zijn en zelf initiatief wordt gewaardeerd;
