Ben jij iemand die overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en graag meebouwt aan circulaire oplossingen binnen de sloopsector? Heb je ervaring in werkzaamheden als werkvoorbereider in de bouw of sloop, asbest of circulair werken? Dan zoeken wij jou als onze Werkvoorbereider Circulair Sloopwerken.

Wij werken voor particulieren, woningcorporaties , overheden, projectontwikkelaars en aannemers. In al onze projecten staat circulair slopen centraal: materialen slim demonteren, hoogwaardige hergebruikstromen organiseren en verspilling minimaliseren. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project van start tot afronding strak geregeld is. Je werkt vooral op kantoor, maar gaat ook regelmatig naar projectlocaties om te beoordelen welke materialen circulair kunnen worden teruggewonnen.

Jouw rol

Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de organisatorische spil in meerdere circulaire sloopprojecten. Jij zorgt dat materialenstromen correct worden vastgelegd, werkplannen helder zijn en collega’s met volledige voorbereiding op pad gaan.

Jouw werkzaamheden

• Projecten aanmaken en complete project- en materiaal(monitorings)mappen samenstellen • Opstellen van werkplannen gericht op circulair demonteren en hoogwaardig hergebruik • Indienen van sloopmeldingen bij gemeenten en omgevingsdiensten • Maken en indienen van meldingen bij Normec (circulair slopen) en LAVS (asbest) • Opstellen van facturen, verwerken van werkbonnen en administreren van materiaalstromen • Controleren van werkplannen, materiaalrapportages en logboeken na uitvoering • Bezoeken van projectlocaties om herbruikbare elementen, materialen en componenten te inventariseren • Zorgen dat collega’s met de juiste documenten, materialenlijsten en veiligheidsinformatie vertrekken

Wat jij meebrengt

• Ervaring in werkvoorbereiding bouw of sloop gerelateerd • Nauwkeurige werkwijze en sterk overzicht binnen meerdere parallelle projecten • Heldere, professionele communicatie richting collega’s, opdrachtgevers en toezichthouders • Proactiviteit: je signaleert kansen voor hergebruik en denkt vooruit in planning en uitvoer • Praktisch inzicht en een mentaliteit gericht op duurzame resultaten • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau

Praktisch

• Locatie: Circulair bedrijfspand op Agriport, Middenmeer • Werkdagen: in overleg (maandag t/m vrijdag) • Uren: 24–32 uur per week, in overleg • Team: 3 directe collega’s • Je krijgt: telefoon en laptop van de zaak

• Je werkt aan sloopprojecten waarbij circulariteit, materiaalhergebruik en duurzaamheid centraal staan • Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces: opname, voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie • Je afwisseling bestaat uit kantoorwerk en projectbezoeken • Je werkt in een klein, hecht en professioneel team • Je draagt concreet bij aan het verminderen van afvalstromen en het verhogen van hergebruik
