In unserer Fachklinik für Venenerkrankungen am Standort Bad Bertrich stehen eine hochwertige Patientenversorgung, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein kollegiales Miteinander im Mittelpunkt. Zur weiteren medizinischen und strategischen Entwicklung unserer Klinik suchen wir eine engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste Ärztliche Leitung mit Interesse an einer aktiven Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Klinik.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Medizinische, fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Fachklinik für Venenerkrankungen
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen stationären und ambulanten Patientenversorgung sowie persönliche Patientenbehandlung
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für die Diagnostik und Therapie venöser Erkrankungen, einschließlich ambulanter operativer und minimalinvasiver Behandlungsverfahren
  • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung phlebologischer Behandlungs- und Therapiekonzepte
  • Organisation und Steuerung des ärztlichen Dienstes
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterbildung des ärztlichen Teams
  • Sicherstellung hoher medizinischer Qualitätsstandards sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung diagnostischer und therapeutischer Verfahren nach aktuellem wissenschaftlichem Erkenntnisstand
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen der Klinik und externen Kooperationspartnern
  • Ausbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Netzwerks mit niedergelassenen Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Zuweisern
  • Repräsentation der Klinik durch Fachvorträge, Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und Patienteninformationen
  • Mitwirkung an der strategischen und wirtschaftlichen Weiterentwicklung der Klinik

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Anerkennung als Facharzt (m/w/d) für Allgemeinchirurgie mit deutscher Approbation und/oder zusätzliche Anerkennung als Facharzt (m/w/d) für Gefäßchirurgie
  • idealerweise Weiterbildung in der Phlebologie
  • Mehrjährige klinische Erfahrung in der Diagnostik und Therapie venöser Erkrankungen sowie operativer Verfahren
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Hohes Maß an Patientenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und wirtschaftlichem Denken
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung medizinischer Konzepte, Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards
