Als (Senior) IT Operations Manager führst Du unser wachsendes IT-Operations-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und stellst sicher, dass die IT in unserem bundesweit wachsenden Praxisnetzwerk zuverlässig, sicher und effizient funktioniert. Du verantwortest den laufenden IT-Betrieb – von Support und Incident Management über Endpoints, Netzwerke und zentrale Systeme bis hin zu Business Continuity – und entwickelst Strukturen, Standards sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern weiter. Ein Remote-Setting ist bei entsprechender Reisebereitschaft zu unseren bundesweiten Praxisstandorten möglich.

Responsibilities

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des IT-Operations-Teams sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Rollen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Entwicklung der IT-Operations-Strategie und eines skalierbaren Betriebsmodells für unser wachsendes Praxisnetzwerk – mit klaren Prioritäten, Standards und einer langfristigen Roadmap
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Servicequalität sowie Steuerung von ITSM-Prozessen, KPIs und der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung einer angemessenen IT-Sicherheit, Business Continuity und Resilienz unserer Systeme in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Begleitung des weiteren Wachstums von Vantis sowie Verantwortung für die IT-seitige Integration neuer oder umgestellter Praxen in den Regelbetrieb

What you need to succeed

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT Operations, IT-Administration oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion – idealerweise in einem wachsenden Unternehmen mit dezentralen Strukturen.
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Freude daran, ein IT-Team weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Breites technisches Verständnis für Microsoft 365, Endpoints, Netzwerke, Backups und Security-Lösungen.
  • Erfahrung mit ITSM, Dienstleistersteuerung und der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von IT-Strukturen oder Betriebsmodellen.
  • Strategische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu bundesweiten Dienstreisen (ca. 30%)
