Als (Junior) M&A Expert (m/w/d) bei Vantis übernimmst du früh Verantwortung, arbeitest hands-on an eigenen Projekten und begleitest Transaktionen gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen. So gestaltest du den weiteren Aufbau von Vantis aktiv mit.

Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung bei der Akquisition weiterer Hausarztpraxen und allgemeinmedizinischer MVZ in Deutschland
  • Begleitung potenzieller Deals vom Erstkontakt bis zum Signing
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Gesprächen und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Praxisinhaber:innen
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team bei der Leadgenerierung, Due Diligence und Vorbereitung relevanter Vertragsdokumente
  • Unterstützung des Finance-Teams bei Business Cases, Finanzanalysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Aufbereitung und Präsentation potenzieller Deals für unser Management-Team und Board
  • Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Projekte und zunehmender Verantwortung im gesamten Transaktionsprozess

What you need to succeed

  • Du hast erste Erfahrung in einem dynamischen und anspruchsvollen Umfeld gesammelt – zum Beispiel in einem Start-up, im Private Equity, Consulting, Investment Banking oder M&A.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, trittst sicher auf und begegnest deinem Gegenüber empathisch. Dir ist bewusst, dass Praxisinhaber:innen ihr Lebenswerk übergeben.
  • Du hast Freude daran, persönliche Beziehungen zu Ärzt:innen, Vermittler:innen und weiteren Stakeholdern aufzubauen und langfristig zu pflegen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist analytisch stark und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Deals den Überblick.
  • Du packst gerne selbst mit an, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld wohl.
  • Du möchtest die hausärztliche Versorgung in Deutschland aktiv weiterentwickeln. Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
