Als (Senior) Full Stack Product Engineer (m/w/d) entwickelst du dafür Softwarelösungen, die ganz konkrete Probleme im Praxisalltag lösen: von effizienteren Workflows über bessere Zusammenarbeit im Team bis hin zu transparenteren Behandlungsverläufen für chronische Patient:innen. Viele dieser Lösungen nutzen KI‑basierte Features und Datenprodukte – der Fokus liegt aber immer auf einem spürbaren Mehrwert für unsere Praxen.

Du arbeitest eng mit Product und unseren Praxis‑Teams zusammen, um aus Ideen schnell produktive Systeme zu machen. Unsere Produkte werden direkt in unseren Praxen entwickelt und getestet – so kommen wir in wenigen Wochen von der ersten Hypothese zum Live‑Einsatz.

Responsibilities

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product und Praxis‑Teams, um Bedürfnisse unserer Praxen zu verstehen und in klar geschnittene Produkt‑ und Feature‑Konzepte zu übersetzen.
  • End‑to‑end-Entwicklung und -Betrieb von Anwendungen für unsere Praxen – von Frontends (z.B. für Praxis‑Dashboards und Workflows) über Backends und APIs bis hin zur Integration in bestehende Systeme.
  • Umsetzung und Integration moderner Technologien (z.B. KI‑gestützte Funktionen, Entscheidungsunterstützung, Datenprodukte), immer mit Fokus auf Nutzen, Zuverlässigkeit und Datenschutz im Gesundheitskontext.
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus deiner Features: Discovery, Architektur, Implementierung, Rollout, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung auf Basis von Feedback und Daten.

What you need to succeed

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis von Software‑Design‑Prinzipien.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den für uns relevanten Technologien – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: React / React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, Kubernetes.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit AI/ML‑Technologien in Produkten, z.B. durch die Integration von LLMs oder den Aufbau von RAG‑Architekturen, und die Fähigkeit, diese zielgerichtet für Praxis‑Use‑Cases einzusetzen.
  • Ausgeprägtes Produkt‑ und Business‑Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, die Ziele unserer Praxen in technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen und Prioritäten nach Impact zu setzen.
  • Hands‑on Startup‑Mentalität mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Ownership, Fokus auf pragmatische Lösungen statt Over‑Engineering, Offenheit für wechselnde Prioritäten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im interdisziplinären Team.
