Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Sales Advisor Public Sector, che desideri mettere a frutto le sue competenze commerciali accompagnando clienti e prospect del mercato Defence nel loro percorso di trasformazione digitale.

Entrerai a far parte del team commerciale e, affiancando professionisti esperti, contribuirai allo sviluppo ed al consolidamento del mercato della difesa.

  • Supporterai l'analisi delle esigenze dei clienti e dei loro obiettivi di business.
  • Collaborerai alla costruzione e gestione delle relazioni commerciali all’interno del territorio.
  • Contribuirai all'identificazione di opportunità di innovazione e trasformazione digitale.
  • Collaborerai con le diverse Business Platform di Var Group nella predisposizione di proposte e offerte commerciali.

Potresti essere la persona giusta se

✔️ Hai maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali, nel settore Public ICT o dei servizi tecnologici.

✔️ Hai interesse per la vendita e la consulenza sul mondo della trasformazione digitale.

✔️ Ti piace relazionarti con clienti e comprendere le loro esigenze.

✔️ Possiedi buone capacità comunicative e relazionali.

✔️ Sei una persona curiosa, proattiva e orientata all'apprendimento continuo.

Competenze richieste

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in attività commerciali in ambito ICT - Public Sector - Defence.
  • Capacità di ascolto e analisi delle esigenze del cliente.
  • Attitudine allo sviluppo commerciale e alla creazione di nuove opportunità.
  • Buona capacità di organizzazione e time management.
  • Familiarità con strumenti CRM e attività di gestione pipeline costituisce un plus.

  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Empatia e orientamento al cliente.
  • Attitudine all'ascolto.
  • Proattività e spirito d'iniziativa.
