Siamo alla ricerca di un Tecnico PDL Senior con almeno 4 anni di esperienza in contesti enterprise, che si occupi della gestione, manutenzione e supporto delle postazioni di lavoro aziendali, garantendo elevati livelli di affidabilità, sicurezza e continuità operativa. La risorsa opererà in ambienti strutturati, collaborando con team IT interni e fornitori esterni, nel rispetto delle procedure e degli standard aziendali.

📍 Sede: Presso sede azienda cliente, zona San Lazzaro (BO). 💼 Modalità e orario lavorativo: On site da lunedì al venerdì dalle 8.30 alle 17.30 📄 Contratto: CCNL Commercio - tempo indeterminato, assunzione diretta

💰 Pacchetto retributivo: Range retributivo: €28.000-€35.000| welfare aziendale | buoni pasto €8/gg

🎯 Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione operativa delle postazioni di lavoro (desktop, laptop, thin client) in ambienti enterprise
  • Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di sistemi operativi Windows (Windows 10/11)
  • Gestione di ticket tramite sistemi di IT Service Management (ITSM) nel rispetto degli SLA
  • Distribuzione e aggiornamento software tramite strumenti di gestione centralizzata (es. SCCM, Intune, MECM)
  • Configurazione e gestione di profili utente, policy di sicurezza e accessi tramite Active Directory
  • Supporto all’integrazione e gestione di ambienti Microsoft 365
  • Diagnosi e risoluzione di problematiche di rete di base (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Supporto agli utenti finali in presenza e da remoto
  • Redazione e aggiornamento di documentazione tecnica e procedure operative
  • Supporto a rollout, migrazioni e progetti di aggiornamento tecnologico

🎯 Caratteristiche e requisiti tecnici richiesti

  • Almeno 4 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Tecnico PDL o Desktop Support
  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows client
  • Esperienza consolidata con:
  • Active Directory (utenti, gruppi, GPO)
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Strumenti di ticketing ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy o simili)
  • Strumenti di gestione centralizzata (Bigfix, HPDM, SCCM, Intune)
  • Conoscenza hardware PC e troubleshooting avanzato
  • Competenze di networking di base (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarità con procedure ITIL

🎯Requisiti preferenziali

  • Certificazioni Microsoft (es. MD-100 / MD-102 / MS-900)
  • Esperienza in ambienti multinazionali
  • Conoscenza base di PowerShell
  • Esperienza con dispositivi mobile (Android / iOS – MDM
