Die Variond Gruppe ist ein dynamisches Unternehmen der Immobilienbranche. Wir erwerben, strukturieren und vermarkten bundesweit Bestandsimmobilien an Kapitalanleger. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Buchhalter*in im Bereich Bilanzbuchhaltung mit fundierter Expertise im Immobilienhandel.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung in DATEV für mehrere Gesellschaften (Holding-, Zwischen- und Projektgesellschaften)
  • Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle und Pflege einer transparenten Finanzübersicht
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Verantwortung für Sach-, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von Bankkonten, Kassen, Darlehens- und Verrechnungskonten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von OPOS-Listen
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
  • Erstellung und Übermittlung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Betreuung der Intercompany-Beziehungen (Darlehen, Beteiligungen, Gewinnabführungen, Verrechnungen)
  • Analyse und Klärung von Buchungsdifferenzen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Effizienz

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Immobilienhandel oder mit Immobiliengesellschaften
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB sowie in der Bilanzierung von Immobiliengeschäften
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV, Salesforce und MS Office
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Vertraulichkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
