闪存事业部：掌握了存储控制器开发、固件设计、封装测试等核心技术，为运营商、互联网、金融、消费电子等行业进行定制化的设计、研发、生产与服务。 产品涵盖企业级固态硬盘、数据中心级固态硬盘、消费级固态硬盘、嵌入式存储领域，为服务器、数据中心、个人电脑、移动终端、智能穿戴等应用提供高性能、高可靠性的产品与解决方案。

岗位职责： 1、 执行产品测试，包括自动化及手动测试，记录及分析测试问题，提报测试bug并能够闭环，输出产品测试报告及问题分析报告； 2、参与评审项目测试方案、产品手册，从测试角度发现可测性、覆盖度、边界场景等问题； 3、基于产品需求手册、协议规范及用户场景，参与设计、开发、评审测试用例与自动化测试脚本； 4、参与测试自动化框架、CI/CD 流水线等系统的开发与维护，持续提升测试效率； 5、负责实验室测试环境的部署、调试与日常维护，保障测试任务稳定推进；

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，电子信息、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握一种或多种编程语言，如C、C++、JAVA、Shell、Python、Bat等； 3、了解OS的基本原理，理解进程 / 线程、内存管理、文件系统、IO 栈等基本原理，熟悉windows与linux系统日志分析； 4、了解Git、SVN等代码管理工具并能熟练使用，对持续集成、测试驱动等概念有了解； 5、良好的沟通能力及英语听说读写能力； 6、对存储类协议有一定了解，并熟悉一些硬件调试工具的使用（示波器、逻辑分析仪、协议分析仪等）优先；
