闪存事业部：掌握了存储控制器开发、固件设计、封装测试等核心技术，为运营商、互联网、金融、消费电子等行业进行定制化的设计、研发、生产与服务。 产品涵盖企业级固态硬盘、数据中心级固态硬盘、消费级固态硬盘、嵌入式存储领域，为服务器、数据中心、个人电脑、移动终端、智能穿戴等应用提供高性能、高可靠性的产品与解决方案。

岗位职责： 1、根据要求完成SSD相关产品的硬件方案设计，完成对应器件选型；完成原理图设计以及layout检视工作； 2、负责SSD产品的硬件调试，定位解决相关硬件类问题；同时，负责相关产品的量产导入工作，解决量产导入过程中的相关问题； 3、负责SSD固态硬盘硬件测试活动，包括：基本功能、信号质量与时序、环境气候、专业实验、故障注入等测试的用例设计； 4、对硬件问题保持一定敏感度，发现问题后初步梳理，拉通相关周边领域合作定位清楚后，提交问题单，待问题解决后回归测试，对质量负责，保证过程质量和最终产品的硬件质量。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，电子信息、通信工程或计算机专业优先； 2、熟练掌握模拟和数字电路原理，对二极管、三极管、MOS管、电阻、电容、电感、EEPROM、LDO、开关电源、晶振等电子元器件原理、关键参数、用法有一定了解； 3、在校期间参加过校级、省级、国家级电子类技术设计比赛者优先； 4、大学英语4级及以上。
