岗位职责： 1、负责存储芯片的ATE测试开发； 2、制定测试方案，编写测试代码，完成测试覆盖率分析与优化； 3、跟进芯片测试领域新技术，沉淀内部技术资产。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、电子科学与技术、微电子科学与工程、集成电路设计与集成系统、通信工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉汇编语言、C/C++编程，掌握数字电路、模拟电路基础优先； 3、加分项：有IC测试实习 / 项目经验者优先； 4、主动性强，有责任心，具备团队合作精神。
