本岗位为芯片研发方向的校招岗，入职培养后根据个人专业背景与项目需求，分配至数字IC设计、模拟IC设计、数字验证或芯片后端等岗位，参与从架构到流片交付的完整研发周期。 岗位职责 1、参与芯片从规格定义、设计实现到流片交付的全流程研发，承担模块级或子系统级的具体设计与开发任务； 2、根据芯片规格与架构方案，完成 RTL 编码、电路设计、仿真验证、逻辑综合或物理设计等环节工作； 3、协助团队完成芯片功能调试、性能优化与问题定位，参与样片测试及数据分析； 4、撰写设计文档、验证报告等技术文档，支撑跨团队协作与项目推进。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，微电子、集成电路、电子工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的数字/模拟电路理论基础，熟练使用 Verilog/ VHDL硬件描述语言； 3、了解芯片研发流程，了解设计与验证基本方法； 4、善于沟通，有协作精神。
