¿De qué te encargarás?

- Realizar la recepción de llamadas/emails para la gestión de todo tipo de viajes de negocios (información de viajes, vuelos, hoteles, trenes, salas de reunión, transfers -desplazamiento de hotel-, visados, vacunas, etc). - Realizar las gestiones necesarias para la realización de los presupuestos. - Realizar de las reservas y emisiones de toda la documentación, verificando que se adapte al pedido del cliente. - Elaborar el reporte de incidencias diario acorde a la plantilla prestablecida, cumpliendo los campos solicitados y aportando toda la información para que desde el departamento correspondiente puedan continuar o revisar la incidencia que ha tenido el cliente. -Otras tareas y responsabilidades indicadas por su jefe inmediato.
