¿De qué te encargarás?

Tu misión será ejecutar los trabajos de impresión digital y sus procesos asociados, garantizando la calidad final del producto, el buen uso de maquinaria y materiales y el cumplimiento de los plazos.

  • Imprimir trabajos de gran formato en soportes flexibles y rígidos.
  • Manejar la maquinaria de impresión, corte, laminado y fresado del taller.
  • Preparar técnicamente los archivos para producción: ajustes, posicionamiento y configuración de máquina.
  • Realizar los acabados: laminado, corte, manipulado y preparación final del producto.
  • Preparar los pedidos para su entrega o montaje.
  • Revisar cada trabajo antes de su salida, detener la producción si detectas errores y repetir las piezas defectuosas cuando proceda.
  • Comunicar incidencias para identificar su origen y evitar que se repitan.
  • Organizar el trabajo diario del taller según las prioridades de Operaciones, ajustando el orden de tareas cuando sea necesario.
  • Decidir aspectos técnicos de producción (materiales, procesos y configuraciones) dentro de las directrices del equipo.
  • Controlar el stock, detectar necesidades de reposición y comprar las materias primas habituales.
  • Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo de las máquinas (limpieza, calibración, test de impresión y corte) y gestionar los avisos al servicio técnico externo.
  • Mantener el taller ordenado, limpio y con los materiales y trabajos en curso bien almacenados.

¿A Quién Buscamos?

Buscamos a una persona que conozca el taller gráfico a fondo y disfrute viendo cómo un archivo se convierte en una pieza perfecta. En Formato A6, nuestra división de producción gráfica, serás quien lleve el día a día del taller de impresión digital: máquinas, materiales, acabados y calidad final. Reportarás a Responsable de Operaciones y Presupuestos y tendrás autonomía técnica real para decidir cómo se ejecuta cada trabajo.

Formación

  • FP de Grado Medio o Superior en Artes Gráficas, Impresión Gráfica, Preimpresión o similar, o experiencia equivalente acreditada.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años en taller de impresión digital de gran formato, rotulación o comunicación visual.
  • Experiencia en impresión, corte, laminado y acabados de soportes flexibles y rígidos.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Manejo de plotters de impresión UV y eco-solvente, idealmente Mimaki UJV55-320, Mimaki JFX500-2131 y Roland EJ-640.
  • Plotter de corte Graphtec FC9000, laminadora y fresadora CNC (Wolfcut WMP Multipro 2030 o similar).
  • Software RIP (RasterLink, VersaWorks, Onyx, Caldera u otros) y preparación técnica de archivos con Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop y Acrobat.
  • Conocimiento de materiales: vinilos, lonas, PVC, composite de aluminio, metacrilato, cartón pluma, etc.
  • Mantenimiento preventivo, calibración y perfiles de color.

Idiomas

  • No se requieren idiomas para el puesto.

Competencias personales

  • Atención al detalle y exigencia con la calidad final.
  • Resolución de problemas técnicos con criterio y rapidez.
  • Organización del trabajo para cumplir plazos con varios pedidos en curso.
  • Responsabilidad y autonomía operativa.
  • Mentalidad de optimización: reducir mermas y aprovechar cada material.
  • Comunicación clara con Operaciones para informar de incidencias y cambios.

Valoraremos

  • Experiencia con fresadoras CNC y software CAM de mecanizado.
  • Gestión de compras y stock de materiales en taller.
  • Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales aplicada a artes gráficas.
  • Conocimientos de montaje de rotulación y señalética.
