¿De qué te encargarás?

Tu misión será dar soporte al equipo de Administración de Proveedores para que la facturación y los pagos del grupo funcionen con precisión y a tiempo. Aprenderás el ciclo completo, desde que llega una factura hasta que se paga y se concilia.

  • Registrar facturas de proveedores en nuestro sistema de gestión (AVSIS), asegurando que la información es correcta y completa.
  • Revisar los datos de cada factura (importes, impuestos, datos fiscales) antes de su contabilización (asunción).
  • Realizar el cuadre de pagos a proveedores y detectar posibles diferencias o duplicidades.
  • Conciliar los cobros por TPV (datáfono) con los movimientos registrados.
  • Apoyar en el seguimiento y resolución de incidencias con proveedores relacionadas con facturas o pagos (asunción).
  • Colaborar en las tareas de cierre mensual del departamento (asunción).
  • Mantener actualizado el archivo digital de documentación contable (asunción).
  • Preparar informes y hojas de control en Excel para el seguimiento de la actividad del área (asunción).
  • Aplicar en tu trabajo los estándares de calidad y sostenibilidad del grupo, alineados con las normas ISO 9001 e ISO 14001 y con criterios de turismo responsable y accesible, fomentando buenas prácticas que optimicen recursos.
  • Participar en otras tareas del área indicadas por tu responsable, como parte de tu plan de aprendizaje.

¿A Quién Buscamos?

Buscamos a una persona estudiante con interés por las finanzas y la contabilidad que quiera dar sus primeros pasos profesionales en un departamento de Administración real, con volumen, procesos definidos y un equipo que le enseñe el día a día desde dentro.

  • Formación: estudiante de Grado en ADE, Contabilidad, Finanzas o titulaciones afines, o de Máster en Finanzas o MBA, con matrícula activa que permita firmar convenio de prácticas.
  • Experiencia: no es necesaria experiencia previa. Valoramos las ganas de aprender y la curiosidad por entender cómo funciona la gestión económica de una empresa.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio (fórmulas, filtros, tablas dinámicas básicas).
  • Idiomas: español nativo o equivalente. El inglés será un plus en un grupo con proveedores internacionales (asunción).
  • Competencias personales:Comunicación clara, tanto oral como escrita, y escucha activa. Trabajo en equipo y colaboración con otras áreas. Organización para gestionar varias tareas a la vez sin perder el detalle. Gestión del tiempo y cumplimiento de plazos. Iniciativa para proponer mejoras y asumir nuevas responsabilidades. Empatía en el trato con compañeros, compañeras y proveedores.
  • Valorable:Conocimientos de ERP y herramientas contables. Experiencia académica o práctica con programas de facturación. Interés por el sector turismo y viajes.
