¿De qué te encargarás?

Tu misión será que cada cliente viva el evento deportivo sin preocuparse por nada más, y que cada proyecto sea rentable para VB Group.

  • Atender las solicitudes de clientes corporativos, clubes, federaciones y particulares, y detectar qué necesitan realmente.
  • Diseñar propuestas a medida para eventos deportivos nacionales e internacionales: viaje, alojamiento, entradas, hospitality y actividades complementarias.
  • Elaborar cotizaciones y presupuestos con márgenes claros, y presentarlos al cliente.
  • Negociar tarifas y condiciones con hoteles, aerolíneas, recintos, proveedores de ticketing y DMC locales.
  • Gestionar reservas, cupos y entradas, y controlar los plazos de pago y cancelación.
  • Coordinar la logística de viajes de equipos y delegaciones deportivas: vuelos, traslados, rooming lists y necesidades específicas.
  • Preparar la documentación de viaje y mantener informado al cliente en cada fase.
  • Acompañar a grupos en destino cuando el proyecto lo requiera y resolver incidencias en tiempo real.
  • Hacer seguimiento comercial para fidelizar clientes y generar nuevas oportunidades de venta.
  • Registrar la actividad en el CRM y colaborar con Administración en facturación y cierre de expedientes.
  • Vigilar el calendario deportivo y las tendencias del mercado para anticipar nuevos productos.

¿A Quién Buscamos?

Buscamos a una persona que viva el deporte y sepa convertirlo en viajes. Te encargarás de diseñar y vender experiencias en grandes eventos deportivos (fútbol, Fórmula 1, MotoGP, tenis, golf, baloncesto…) para empresas, clubes y particulares, desde la propuesta hasta el último detalle sobre el terreno.

  • Formación: Grado o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Turismo, Gestión de Eventos, Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte, ADE o similar.
  • Experiencia: de 2 a 4 años en agencia de viajes, DMC, empresa de eventos o turismo deportivo, en funciones de consultoría, venta o producción de viajes.
  • Conocimientos técnicos:Diseño y cotización de paquetes: vuelo, alojamiento, traslados, entradas y hospitality. Experiencia con GDS (Amadeus o Sabre) y herramientas de reserva online. Manejo de CRM y Excel a nivel intermedio-avanzado. Conocimiento del calendario deportivo internacional y del mercado de ticketing y hospitality.
  • Idiomas: inglés B2-C1 (imprescindible). Te comunicarás a diario con proveedores, recintos y organizaciones internacionales.
  • Competencias personales:Orientación a cliente y capacidad comercial. Organización y capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos con plazos ajustados. Resolución de problemas y calma en situaciones de presión. Negociación con proveedores. Trabajo en equipo y comunicación clara.
  • Valorable:Experiencia como acompañante o coordinador/a en eventos deportivos internacionales. Contactos con clubes, federaciones o agencias de ticketing. Un segundo idioma (francés, italiano o alemán). Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente a eventos.
