¿De qué te encargarás?

  • Ser el responsable de la parte de ventas, captando clientes potenciales y cerrando ventas.
  • Búsqueda activa de leads: colegios, universidades, asociaciones juveniles y contactos propios.
  • Habilidades para dirigir y motivar a un equipo de captadores externos.
  • Gestión y cierre de leads desde oficina (WhatsApp, llamadas, email y web). Telemarketing
  • Realización de llamadas comerciales y reuniones online o presenciales.
  • Desplazamiento a colegios o centros cuando sea necesario.
  • Envío de presupuestos y explicación clara de los viajes y experiencias.
  • Creación y mantenimiento de una red de contactos en el entorno juvenil.
  • Captación de personas (contactos, redes sociales, amigos de amigos) que quieran traer grupos a cambio de beneficios.
  • Diseño y gestión de incentivos para su propio equipo de ventas/captadores (por traer más grupos).
  • Seguimiento continuo de oportunidades y cierre de grupos.
  • Pensar y proponer nuevas formas de generar más leads a futuro.
  • Registro y control de resultados en las herramientas internas.
  • Preferiblemente, que disponga de contactos con el público juvenil y sea capaz de generar y mantener una amplia red de contactos.
