Voor onze Corporate Litigation praktijk zoeken wij een (aankomend) partner. Je bouwt voort op een bestaande praktijk, bepaalt mede de koers en geeft leiding aan een compact team.

Het team en de functie

Onze Corporate Litigation-praktijk maakt deel uit van het team Corporate / M&A, waarin advocaten en notarissen samenwerken. Wij adviseren en procederen voor nationale en internationale ondernemingen, investeerders, aandeelhouders en bestuurders. Daarbij gaat het onder meer om aandeelhoudersgeschillen, enquêteprocedures, geschillen na overnames en bestuurders- en toezichthoudersaansprakelijkheid.

Als (aankomend) partner Corporate Litigation bouw je verder aan een groeiende praktijk en ontwikkel je je tot het boegbeeld van het team. In nauwe samenwerking met je collega’s van Corporate/M&A en Herstructurering & Insolventie geef je vorm aan een onderscheidende propositie op het gebied van corporate geschillen en aanpalende vraagstukken. Je schakelt soepel op boardniveau, met aandeelhouders en mede-adviseurs. Daarbij stuur je een klein team aan en begeleid je collega’s in hun ontwikkeling.

Jij bent

• Minimaal twaalf jaar werkzaam als advocaat

• Ervaren in complexe ondernemingsgeschillen, waaronder enquêteprocedures, geschillen na overnames en aandeelhoudersgeschillen

• Ondernemend en strategisch ingesteld, met een eigen netwerk in opbouw

• Mensgericht en iemand die graag samenwerkt en collega’s begeleidt

• Sociaal, nieuwsgierig en to the point

• Proactief, flexibel en oplossingsgericht
