Ben jij rechtenstudent op HBO- of universitair niveau? Zoek jij een uitdagende administratieve bijbaan voor minimaal 2 dagen per week die je flexibel combineert met je studie? Wil jij kennismaken met de dagelijkse praktijk binnen de advocatuur? Dan kijken wij uit naar jouw sollicitatie!

De functie

Je komt juridische praktijkervaring opdoen op het secretariaat van onze afdeling Bestuurs- en Omgevingsrecht. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met onze advocaten en praktijkondersteuners en hebt zo nu en dan contact met cliënten en gerechtelijke instanties. Je leert op hoofdlijnen de lopende dossiers kennen (die dankzij jouw inzet altijd up to date zijn) en bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, controleren en verzenden van correspondentie en (proces)stukken. Daarnaast bewaak je termijnen, beheer je agenda's en archieven en organiseer je interne en externe bijeenkomsten. Wij zorgen voor een goede begeleiding waardoor jij snel klaarstaat om ons team te versterken en jezelf te ontwikkelen!

Deze positie biedt studenten een leerzame ervaring waarin zij de advocatuur en ons kantoor in de dagelijkse praktijk leren kennen. Daarnaast vormt de functie een waardevolle toevoeging aan het juridische (student-)cv.

Jij bent

  • Minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar gedurende tenminste één jaar, flexibel aan te passen aan je studierooster, óf minimaal 32 uur per week gedurende ten minste een half jaar, bijvoorbeeld tijdens een tussenjaar dat je combineert met stages of een reis.
  • Een sociaalvaardige teamspeler die het belang van betrokkenheid met collega's en cliënten begrijpt
  • In staat om uitstekend in het Nederlands en goed in het Engels te communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Organisatorisch, gestructureerd en scherp op details
  • Enthousiast, leergierig en initiatiefrijk
