PBT Beveiligingstechniek bestaat sinds 1991 en met 110 collega’s werken we aan slimme beveiligingsoplossingen. Vanuit ons ruime kantoor in Heerhugowaard doen we projecten in retail, mkb en high-end beveiliging voor zwaar beveiligde woningen en panden.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Contractmanager zorg je dat afspraken meer zijn dan woorden. Jij bewaakt contracten, benut commerciële kansen en zorgt dat onze technische installaties blijven werken. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers, projectleiders en de serviceafdeling, binnen projecten die variëren van retail en mkb tot high-end beveiligingsopdrachten.

  • Opstellen en borgen van Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Beheren van onderhoudscontracten en IT/telecom diensten
  • Controleren dat afspraken met klanten nagekomen worden
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om doelen te behalen
  • Signaleren van verbeteringen en commerciële kansen
  • Ondersteunen bij inkoopafspraken en uitbestedingen
  • Eventueel actieve rol in tenders of als bid manager

Wat neem je mee

Voor deze rol als Contractmanager zoeken we een analytische, communicatief sterke professional met gevoel voor techniek én commercie. Jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles loopt zoals afgesproken, bij projecten door heel Nederland.

  • HBO-opleiding in technische bedrijfskunde, commerciële economie of vergelijkbaar
  • Ervaring in (elektro)techniek, bij voorkeur beveiliging en brandmeldsystemen
  • Commercieel inzicht en oog voor klantrelaties
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en helder in communicatie
  • Teamplayer die resultaten boekt
  • Kennis van contractvorming in installatietechniek, bouw of aannemerij
  • Pré: ervaring met grote projecten, service organisaties en Syntess software
