The posting

Bij HIG Building Solutions werk je aan techniek die je overal tegenkomt: van scholen tot luxe villa’s en utiliteit. We houden ons vooral bezig met het ontwerpen en aanleggen van elektrotechnische installaties, data-infrastructuur en systemen zoals toegangscontrole en brandmeldinstallaties. Samen werken we aan projecten, van groot tot klein. Een klein deel van ons werk bestaat uit Service en onderhoud.

Projecten zijn afwisselend: soms een week, soms een jaar of langer. Je werkt in vaste teams aan data of elektra, met zo’n 15 collega’s binnen en 40 buiten. De sfeer is nuchter en persoonlijk: gewoon normaal doen en elkaar helpen.

Je krijgt vertrouwen om zelf keuzes te maken, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Gaat er iets mis? Dan lossen we het samen op. Groeien kan hier echt, met opleidingen en duidelijke doorgroeipaden. En als het goed gaat, profiteer je mee via onze Samen-Belonen regeling en mogelijk zelfs een prestatiepremie.

Wat wij je bieden als Eerste Monteur

  • 12 maanden contract met uitzicht op vast
  • Mogelijkheid om 32, 36 of 40 uur te werken
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen (fulltime) + pensioen via PMT
  • Bedrijfsbus, laptop en telefoon van de zaak, plus goed gereedschap en PBM’s
  • Opleidingen én doorgroeimogelijkheden richting bijvoorbeeld werkvoorbereiding of juist grotere projecten

Wat je gaat doen

  • Als Eerste Monteur werk je aan zeer afwisselende elektrotechnische projecten
  • Projecten in kantoren, bedrijfshallen, scholen en luxe villabouw
  • Je werkt met name in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Utrecht en Friesland
  • Je installeert elektrotechnische installaties, data-infrastructuur, toegangscontrole of brandmeldinstallaties
  • Je stuurt collega-monteurs aan op de werkvloer
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Je schakelt direct met projectleiding, klanten en collega’s

Wat neem je mee

  • Mbo-diploma Elektrotechniek niveau 3 of 4
  • Ervaring als zelfstandig monteur en klaar voor de volgende stap
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Je werkt netjes, veilig en gestructureerd
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en helpt collega’s verder
