Breng slimme installaties tot leven als leidinggevend monteur

Bij Kemtec werken we met ruim 50 enthousiaste collega’s aan middelgrote en grote utiliteitsprojecten (1 tot 3 miljoen) in de regio Noord-Brabant en Limburg. We zijn gespecialiseerd in HVAC- en GAWALO-installaties, en hebben onder andere het Koning Willem II College in Tilburg voorzien van slimme, duurzame installaties.

Om onze groei voort te zetten, zijn we op zoek naar een Leidinggevend Monteur. In deze functie ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats: je coördineert de werkzaamheden, stuurt collega’s aan en zorgt ervoor dat het werk soepel verloopt.

Wat je gaat doen:

Als Leidinggevend Monteur werk je op uiteenlopende projectlocaties, waar jij het technische en organisatorische aanspreekpunt bent. Je zorgt samen met je team en de projectleider voor een efficiënte, kwalitatieve en veilige uitvoering van het project.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en installeren van HVAC- en GAWALO-installaties;
  • Leidinggeven aan een team van meerdere collega monteurs;
  • Bewaken van planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden;
  • Verzorgen van de technische administratie: projectmappen en revisietekeningen;
  • Overleggen met projectleiders, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen over de voortgang van het project en eventuele afwijkingen.

Kortom, afwisseling genoeg, niet alleen in de verschillende projecten maar ook in de verschillende soorten technische installaties.

Wat neem je mee?

Je hebt als Leidinggevend Monteur affiniteit met installatietechniek, bijvoorbeeld dankzij een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbare relevante werkervaring. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B, aangezien je werkt op verschillende projectlocaties in de regio (meestal binnen 50 kilometer van ons kantoor in Budel).

Idealiter beschik je over een VCA-certificaat, of ben je bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen – uiteraard op onze kosten.

Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en in staat om je eigen werk én dat van je collega’s goed te organiseren. Tot slot pas je goed binnen onze no-nonsense cultuur: je bent pragmatisch, hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt graag samen met collega’s aan een gemeenschappelijk resultaat.

Kemtec in Budel is een toonaangevende installateur op het gebied van GAWALO en HVAC-projecten op het gebied van utiliteit. We verzorgen het gehele traject, van advies en engineering tot installatie, service en onderhoud.
