Bij Seijsener krijg je ruimte om te doen waar je goed in bent én om het slimmer te maken. Als Manager Finance & Control werk je in een nuchter MKB-bedrijf dat volop groeit, met de slagkracht van de VDK Groep achter zich. Je bent financieel eindverantwoordelijk voor Seijsener en zorgt dat de basis klopt: van boekhouding en afsluitingen tot rapportages, projecten en financiële sturing.

Seijsener maakt campings, havens en openbare ruimtes slimmer en veiliger met technische oplossingen. We werken veel projectmatig en dat zie je terug in onze financiële administratie. Daarom zoeken we geen manager die vooral op afstand naar cijfers kijkt, maar een financieel professional die de boekhouding écht begrijpt, ervaring heeft met projectadministratie en vanuit de cijfers kan meedenken met de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Manager Finance & Control ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie en financiële sturing van Seijsener. Je zorgt dat de boekhouding op orde is, financiële processen goed verlopen en het management beschikt over betrouwbare stuurinformatie.

Omdat Seijsener werkt met projecten, is inzicht in projectresultaten en onderhanden werk belangrijk. Je begrijpt hoe omzet, kosten, uren, voortgang en resultaten van projecten samenkomen in de financiële administratie.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Algemeen Directeur en schakelt met collega's binnen Seijsener en VDK.

  • Je stuurt 3 administratief medewerkers aan en coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maand- en jaarafsluitingen en controleert de financiële administratie
  • Je stelt budgetten, financiële rapportages en KPI's op en vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke stuurinformatie
  • Je bewaakt projectresultaten, onderhanden werk en financiële risico's binnen de projectenorganisatie
  • Je analyseert financiële gegevens en adviseert over verbeteringen en bedrijfsbeslissingen
  • Je optimaliseert en automatiseert financiële processen en zorgt voor een betrouwbare inrichting van de financiële systemen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor ICT en applicaties binnen Finance en werkt aan verdere digitalisering

Wat neem je mee?

Je bent een financieel sterke professional die boekhouden als basis van Finance & Control ziet. Je hoeft niet uit een grote corporate organisatie te komen. Juist ervaring binnen het MKB en een projectenorganisatie past goed bij Seijsener.

Je hebt een accountancy-, finance- of bedrijfseconomische opleiding op hbo-niveau en hebt daarna meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring opgebouwd. Je weet dus niet alleen wat een balans en resultatenrekening zijn, maar hebt zelf met de financiële administratie gewerkt en begrijpt wat er achter de cijfers gebeurt.

  • Hbo-opleiding Accountancy, Finance & Control, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar
  • Meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring op boekhoudkundig en financieel niveau
  • Ervaring met maand- en jaarafsluitingen, financiële rapportages en financiële controles
  • Ervaring binnen een projectenorganisatie en kennis van onderhanden werk is belangrijk
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) en/of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Je bent sterk met Excel en kunt financiële gegevens goed analyseren
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent analytisch en kunt financiële informatie begrijpelijk uitleggen
