Als Projectleider Nieuwbouw Klimaattechniek ben jij van begin tot oplevering verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende nieuwbouwprojecten binnen de koel- en klimaattechniek. Je stuurt monteurs en werkvoorbereiders aan, bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget en schakelt dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers en bouwpartners.

Wat ga je doen

  • Als Projectleider Nieuwbouw Klimaattechniek zorg je voor een strakke organisatie en succesvolle realisatie van projecten in de regio Utrecht en daarbuiten.
  • Begeleiden en realiseren van nieuwbouwprojecten in koel- en klimaattechniek Aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs en werkvoorbereiders
  • Deelnemen aan interne en externe bouwvergaderingen
  • Afstemmen met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en financiële resultaten
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeterkansen

Wat neem je mee

  • Ervaring als projectleider binnen koel-, klimaat- en/of installatietechniek
  • Mbo 4+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Rijbewijs B
  • VCA VOL en BHV (of bereid dit te behalen)
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • Klantgerichte en resultaatgerichte werkhouding
  • Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands in woord en geschrift
