Wij zoeken een Servicemonteur W die technisch inzicht, zelfstandigheid en servicegericht werken moeiteloos combineert. Jij haalt voldoening uit het onderhouden, optimaliseren en oplossen van storingen aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties en draagt daarmee bij aan comfortabele en goed functionerende gebouwen. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor betrouwbare installaties én tevreden klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Servicemonteur W bij Klein Poelhuis Technisch Beheer richt jij je op het service en onderhoud van werktuigbouwkundige installaties binnen zorgcomplexen, bedrijfspanden en lichte industrie. Je werkt voornamelijk zelfstandig op locatie en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant op technisch vlak.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Onderhouden en inspecteren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties zoals verwarmings-, ventilatie- en klimaatsystemen;
  • Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan W-installaties;
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het signaleren van verbeterpunten;
  • Verrichten van kleine reparaties en aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties;
  • Controleren van installaties op werking, veiligheid en efficiëntie;
  • Overleggen met klanten over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en adviezen geven;
  • Vastleggen van werkzaamheden en bevindingen volgens de geldende procedures.

Je werkt bij klanten in onder andere de utiliteit, woningbouw en lichte industrie.

Wat breng jij mee?

Jij bent een praktische en klantgerichte vakman met een brede interesse in installatietechniek.

Als Servicemonteur W beschik je daarnaast over:

  • Mbo 3 of 4 werk- en denkniveau in de richting werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek;
  • Ervaring in service en onderhoud van W-installaties;
  • Kennis van verwarmings-, ventilatie- en klimaatsystemen;
  • Een VCA-certificaat of de bereidheid dit te behalen;
  • Rijbewijs B;
  • Een zelfstandige, gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden richting klanten en collega’s.
