Voer jij zelfstandig onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, los je storingen op en bied je klanten praktische oplossingen? Dan is deze vacature servicemonteur W particulieren iets voor jou. Of je nu net begint of al ervaring hebt, bij ons krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en je verder te ontwikkelen.

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud en storingen bij particulieren. Van Cv-ketels tot kleine installaties in woningen: jij zorgt dat alles weer perfect werkt. Je schakelt snel, werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail en klanttevredenheid.

In ’t kort, dit ga jij o.a. doen:

  • Zelfstandig stellen van diagnoses bij storingen en deze verhelpen;
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan installaties;
  • Controleren van de staat van onderhoud en aanleveren van gegevens voor revisietekeningen;
  • Bestellen van extra benodigd materiaal en terugkoppeling naar de leidinggevende;
  • Deelnemen aan werkoverleg en toolboxmeetings;
  • Zorgdragen voor orde en netheid op de werkplek;
  • Signaleren van meerwerk en aanbieden van oplossingen aan klanten;
  • Correct invullen van werkbonnen en urenstaten;
  • Zorgdragen voor veiligheid en correct gebruik van gereedschap, materiaal en PBM’s;
  • Beschikbaar zijn voor storingsdiensten (1 x 6 weken, 24/7, zelden nachtdiensten).

Dit neem jij mee

  • Affiniteit met installatietechniek, bij voorkeur binnen W-installaties;
  • Mbo-niveau 2, 3 of 4 in installatietechniek / service onderhoud;
  • Ervaring in serviceonderhoud of particuliere werkzaamheden (pré);
  • Zelfstandig en klantgericht;
  • Communicatief vaardig en beschikt over een frisse uitstraling;
  • Rijbewijs B is verplicht;
  • Accuraat, kwaliteitsgericht en stressbestendig.
