Groei mee met Lotec – specialist in zwembadtechniek

Bij Lotec zijn we specialist in waterbehandelingsinstallaties voor onder andere gemeentelijke zwembaden, vakantieparken, sport- en wellnessfaciliteiten en exclusieve privébaden. Met meer dan 350 tevreden klanten in de Benelux zijn onze installaties en service niet meer weg te denken uit de wereld van professionele zwembaden.

Wat ooit begon als een kleinschalig loodgietersbedrijf, is uitgegroeid tot een stabiele en ambitieuze organisatie met ruim 70 collega’s, verdeeld over drie vestigingen in Nederland en België. En we blijven groeien! Daarom zoeken we een gedreven Werkvoorbereider die de onmisbare schakel vormt tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering van onze projecten.

Wat we je bieden:

  • Een basissalaris tussen €3.500,- en €4.500,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week. Uiteraard wordt jouw exacte salaris afgestemd op jouw kennis, achtergrond en ervaring;
  • Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Technisch Installatiebedrijf. Denk hierbij aan 25 verlofdagen, 13 ADV-dagen, pensioenopbouw bij het pensioenfonds PMT;
  • Een jaarcontract met de intentie die om te zetten naar een vaste aanstelling;
  • Alle basisvoorwaarden die je nodig hebt om jouw werk succesvol te kunnen doen, zoals een laptop en telefoon van de zaak;
  • De mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Zowel binnen Lotec, maar ook breder binnen (de bedrijven van) de VDK Groep;
  • Een informele, gezellige werksfeer met regelmatig leuke uitjes, zoals de F1 in Zandvoort en diverse personeelsfeesten.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Projectvoorbereiding

Het specificeren, begroten en uitwerken van tekeningen en bestekken.

  • Inkoop

Bestellen van materialen (in overleg met Inkoop) en het bewaken van levertijden.

  • Overleg en afstemming

Het onderhouden van contact met het projectteam, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers.

  • Administratie & projectbeheersing

Het verwerken en actualiseren van projectinformatie in Syntess.

Je werkt als Werkvoorbereider vanuit ons kantoor in Eindhoven, in een klein en betrokken team dat nauw samenwerkt met collega’s in Nederland en België.

Wat neem je mee?

Als Werkvoorbereider heb je mbo werk- en/of denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een afgeronde technische opleiding. Je hebt affiniteit met installatietechniek en bent gemotiveerd om je verder te verdiepen in zwembadtechniek. Als je 3D-tekeningen kunt lezen, is dat zeker een pré.

Verder ben je representatief en communicatief vaardig. Eigenschappen die jou tot een uitstekend visitekaartje van Lotec maken. Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig en weet je -ook in een dynamische omgeving- je hoofd koel te houden.
