The posting

Als Technical Buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aankopen van goederen en diensten die essentieel zijn voor het onderhoud, de reparatie en de operationele continuïteit van onze productieomgeving.

Daarnaast ondersteun je projectteams bij het tijdig en efficiënt inkopen van project gerelateerde materialen en diensten.

Je taken omvatten:

· Selecteren van leveranciers en uitzetten van offerteaanvragen voor MRO-artikelen en project ondersteunende aankopen.

· Onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden (kwaliteit, prijs, leveringstermijn, enz.) en afsluiten van raamcontracten waar mogelijk.

· Proactieve opvolging van bestellingen en levertijden, inclusief bijsturing waar nodig.

· Nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders zoals productie, engineering, onderhoud en kwaliteit.

· Organiseren van transport en afhandelen van import/exportformaliteiten indien van toepassing.

· Administratieve verwerking van bestellingen in het ERP-systeem, van aanvraag tot oplevering.

· Marktverkenning en het identificeren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden binnen MRO en projectondersteuning.

· Je rapporteert aan de Head of Procurement.

· Bachelor diploma in een technische of economische richting.

· Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische productieomgeving.

· Ervaring met internationale logistiek is een pluspunt.

· Sterk in het beheren van meerdere dossiers tegelijk, met oog voor detail en deadlines.

· Vlot in Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen.

· Hands-on, klantgericht, analytisch en commercieel ingesteld.

· Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Duits, Frans of Italiaans is een troef.
