📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • Nous recherchons une personne en contrat d’alternance capable d’appréhender rapidement les méthodes et enjeux du recrutement dans un contexte international à forte croissance.
  • Rattaché(e) à une responsable recrutement, vous serez chargé.e de l'intégralité du processus de recrutement pour les postes qui vous seront confiés.

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Activité 1: Contribuer à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement : du brief de lancement jusqu’à l’intégration du candidat. Contribuer à la détection et au processus de recrutement de profils internes
  • Activité 2 : Agir en tant que conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès des Hiring Managers internationaux, en transformant leurs besoins métiers complexes en stratégies de recrutement ciblées et hautement efficaces.
  • Activité 3 : Travailler sur le développement et la mise en place d’une stratégie de sourcing innovante afin de construire un pipeline de candidats (Jobboards, LinkedIn, WTTJ, réseau & cooptation).
  • Activité 4 : Offrir un parcours candidat irréprochable, hautement personnalisé et bienveillant, du tout premier contact jusqu'à une intégration (onboarding) fluide.
  • Activité 5 : Développer et maintenir une relation de qualité avec les différents hiring managers afin d’anticiper leurs besoins et de les aider au mieux dans la construction de leurs équipes
  • Activité 6 : Rédaction des propositions salariales et gestion administrative/onboarding du nouveau collaborateur
  • Activité 7 : Participer à l'optimisation des processus Recrutement. Dans notre quête d'excellence en recrutement, vous intégrerez l'IA comme un facilitateur au quotidien pour booster votre efficacité, vous donnant ainsi plus de temps pour vous concentrer sur le partenariat stratégique et l'attention portée aux candidats.

👉 PRÉ-REQUIS OBLIGATOIRES

  • Vous suivez actuellement une formation supérieure (Bac+ 4/5) en université, en école de commerce ou en école RH (idéalement sur un rythme de 3s/1s ou 4j/1j)
  • Niveau d’anglais courant afin de pouvoir évoluer au sein d’une équipe multiculturelle et internationale. Un niveau B2 est exigé avec une certification.
  • Vous avez un véritable intérêt pour le business
  • Vous êtes curieux.se, ouvert.e d’esprit et positif.ve
  • Vous adorez co-créer et travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
