📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • Au sein des Opérations, le/la Gestionnaire de stock a pour mission de mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour s’assurer de la fiabilité du stock physique et informatique au sein de son entrepôt.
  • Rattaché au control inventory manager, le/la gestionnaire de stock travaille sur site, en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des services de l’entrepôt, du SRM et du service inventory management.

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Pilotage de la réalisation des inventaires tournants , vide plein et inventaires à la pièce, bunkers selon le cahier des charges établi;
  • Animation des inventoristes mis à sa disposition par les sites.
  • Analyse des causes de non-conformités et écarts de stock avec le management du site et la sûreté.
  • Suivi et correction des écarts d ‘inventaire après validation avec sa responsable
  • Suivi du taux d ‘avancement des inventaires selon les objectifs fixés par la direction des stocks
  • Mise en place d'audits aléatoires afin de sécuriser toutes les étapes de mouvement de stock physique et virtuel
  • Suivi et analyse des indicateurs qualitatifs et quantitatifs liés aux stocks
  • Mise en œuvre des processus/modes opératoires liés à la gestion des stocks afin de fiabiliser le stock
  • Suivi du taux d’occupation du palettier
  • Animation du stock dormant avec les services concernés ( IM, appro, ..)
  • Suivi des dashboards et animation des emplacements physiques et informatiques au sein de l ‘entrepôt avec les services concernés
  • Suivi mensuel de la valorisation du stock avec la finance ( emplacements de masse, écarts d ‘inventaires)
  • Identification des optimisations et créations de process à mener au sein de l’entrepôt suite aux inventaires et audits réalisés et proposition d ‘actions correctives

👉PRÉ REQUIS

  • BTS ou diplôme équivalent en gestion logistique et transport (niveau bac +2)
  • Expérience d’au moins 2 ans en entrepôt sur un poste similaire dans le domaine de la logistique ou du transport.
  • Organisation et rigueur

  • Communication orale et écrite
  • Esprit d'analyse et résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité d‘adaptation
  • La pratique de l ‘anglais est un plus
  • Maîtrise du pack office et Google suite
  • Connaissance de l’outil Manhattan
  • Compréhension des processus supply chain
  • Maîtrise des techniques d ‘inventaire
  • Compréhension des normes et réglementations en matière de stockage, transport et sécurité
