Over de functie

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Junior O2C Specialist om een internationaal finance team in Porto te versterken. Deze rol is ideaal voor kandidaten met een achtergrond in accounting, finance of accounts receivable die willen doorgroeien in een internationale omgeving.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren van Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processen
  • Verwerken van facturen, betalingen en reconciliaties
  • Oplossen van facturatieproblemen en ondersteunen bij collections
  • Bijhouden van financiële gegevens in ERP-systemen
  • Samenwerken met interne teams voor efficiënte financiële processen

Vereisten

  • Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Bedrijfskunde of gelijkaardig
  • Minimaal 6 maanden ervaring in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance (2–5 jaar is een pluspunt)
  • Kennis van boekhoudkundige principes
  • Sterke Excel-vaardigheden (VLOOKUP, draaitabellen)
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is een plus)
  • Nederlands (C1+) en Engels (C1)
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en klantgericht
  • In staat om te multitasken

Werkvoorwaarden

  • Maandag t/m vrijdag: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Weekend vrij
  • On-site in Porto

Salaris & Voordelen

  • Salaris: €1.557,10 x 14 maanden
  • Maaltijdvergoeding: €7,63 per dag
  • Welkomstbonus (maandelijks uitbetaald in het eerste jaar)
