Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di candidati da inserire in diversi progetti internazionali con sede a Lisbona, in Portogallo per conto di grandi aziende mutinazionali.

Il tuo ruolo e le tue mansioni

  • Fornire assistenza ai clienti tramite telefono, e-mail e chat.
  • Essere il principale punto di riferimento per i clienti, garantendo un'esperienza di assistenza eccellente e senza intoppi.
  • Assistere i clienti rispondendo alle loro domande, richieste e fornendo tutte le informazioni di cui potrebbero aver bisogno.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Avere un'ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, sia scritta che parlata (livello madrelingua o avanzato C1/C2), e un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore).
  • Possedere eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Avere un forte orientamento al cliente e buone capacità di risoluzione dei problemi.
  • Essere disponibili a lavorare su turni a rotazione.
  • Essere in possesso di un valido diritto al lavoro nell'Unione Europea (cittadinanza UE, passaporto europeo, ecc.).
