Il tuo ruolo:

  • Gestione Canali Multipli: Assistenza ai clienti in italiano via telefono, e-mail e chat.
  • Supporto Operativo: Fornitura di informazioni relative a servizi, abbonamenti e prenotazioni.
  • Problem Solving: Risoluzione tempestiva delle esigenze dei clienti per offrire un servizio d'eccellenza.

Dettagli dell'offerta:

  • Contratto: Full-time.
  • Orario: Turni a rotazione (in base allo specifico progetto assegnato).

Requisiti necessari:

  • Italiano: Livello C1/C2 (madrelingua o fluido).
  • Inglese: Livello B2 o superiore.
  • Permessi: Idoneità legale a lavorare nell'Unione Europea (Passaporto o Carta d'Identità UE).
