CUSTOMER SUPPORT - PORTUGAL - ACCOMMODDATION INCLUDED AND RELOCATION SUPPORT

We are Hiring !

Italian speaking Customer Support Specialists for international projects working at big multinational companies in Portugal (Lisbon/Porto).

What you will do:

You will provide Customer Support to clients and customers over the phone, email and chat. You will answer questions and queries about services and subscriptions ect... You will assist customers with possibile issues and problems or changes they might need to make

Working Hours: Full Time - some projects have rotating shifts

Requirements:

Proficieny in Italian (C1/C2 level) Good knowledge of English B2 or above Valid right to work in Europe (EU passport, EU ID Card ect...)
