The posting

Nous recherchons des personnes motivées et orientées client pour rejoindre l'équipe internationale du service client de notre client en Grèce. En tant que Représentant du service client, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les clients de grandes marques mondiales, en répondant à leurs demandes par téléphone, e-mail ou chat.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière professionnelle et rapide par téléphone, e-mail et chat en direct
  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques de base ou répondre aux questions sur les produits avec précision
  • Transmettre les cas complexes aux équipes internes concernées
  • Maintenir la satisfaction client en fournissant un service exceptionnel
  • Enregistrer avec précision toutes les interactions et mettre à jour les dossiers clients

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise du français (niveau C1 minimum)
  • Bon niveau en anglais (B2 ou plus)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes
  • Une première expérience dans le service client est un plus, mais pas obligatoire
  • Citoyenneté européenne ou autorisation de travail en Grèce requise
