Customer Success Specialist (Expat) – Mandarin + Cantonese | Penang (Malaysia)

RM4100 Basic + RM600 Housing + RM300 Language Allowance (Approx. 8,800 RMB Total Package)

5-day work week (Rotational shifts) | Onsite – Penang | Start Date: 23 May 2026

We are hiring Mandarin + Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialists (Expat – PRC candidates) to join a leading customer support operation in Penang, Malaysia.

This is a strong relocation opportunity for candidates looking to build an international career in customer experience within a structured, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and digital channels
  • Support order management, delivery updates, and service requests
  • Provide clear, solution-focused customer support
  • Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Adapt communication style to different customer needs

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin + Cantonese
  • B2 level English proficiency
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
  • Fresh graduates welcome (Communication / English / related fields)
  • Call centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory
