Introduction Our Action Service takes care of our customers across Europe whenever one of their vehicles experiences a problem. Delivering outstanding customer service is at the heart of our operation, as we proactively work to get vehicles back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We operate 24/7, with our department spread across three European sites Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK), and Bucharest (Romania) as well as a dedicated team in Johannesburg (South Africa). This is the job Our multi-lingual advisors use their language skills to support customers dealing with international breakdowns. No matter where they are in Europe, we take full ownership of the breakdown and ensure our customers enjoy peace of mind. Communication is keywe maintain regular dialogue with the repair dealer while keeping the customer updated on progress. A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving ensures our customers receive exceptional support. Teamwork and collaboration form the foundation of our business.
