Propósito del puesto

Como Business Developer Representative, identificarás nuevas oportunidades, entenderás las necesidades de los clientes y promoverás soluciones digitales adaptadas. Serás el primer punto de contacto con potenciales clientes y un motor clave para generar oportunidades calificadas en la región EMEA.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar cartera de prospectos y detectar oportunidades de alto potencial.
  • Realizar llamadas y correos salientes para conectar con tomadores de decisión.
  • Analizar necesidades y proponer soluciones adecuadas.
  • Registrar actividades y oportunidades en Salesforce (CRM).
  • Cumplir objetivos individuales y de equipo (productividad, conversión y pipeline).

Requisitos

  • Alemán nativo.
  • Inglés fluido (oral y escrito).
  • Grado universitario o experiencia equivalente.
  • Experiencia en ventas B2B/desarrollo de negocios (idealmente en tecnología).
  • Comunicación sólida, mentalidad de solución y orientación a resultados.
